Job summary

Deccan Enterprise Ltd in London (E15) is seeking a Software Developer to design, build and maintain company websites and internal applications. You will work under the IT Developer Manager and contribute to projects across intranets, extranets and portals.

The role requires strong ASP.NET MVC, SQL (MySQL and T-SQL), HTML5/CSS3, XML, and AJAX/JQuery skills, with experience in design patterns and TDD. A commitment to quality, testing, and timely delivery is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with ASP.NET MVC and Visual Studio.
• Strong SQL skills (MySQL and T-SQL).
• Proficiency in HTML5/CSS3 and AJAX/JSON/JQuery.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain company websites and internal applications.

• Creation of web portals and implementing new integrations.

Salary £22,000 - £32,000 per annum
Position: Permanent
Hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00

The developer would also be responsible for fixing issues captured in system testing and enhancement of the software as per client requests. Should be ready to work in build and deployment processes when required.

Required skills:

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

Design, build and maintain company websites and internal applications as assigned by the IT Developer Manager. Projects vary depending on company requirements.

• Development/update of the company websites, intranets and extranets
• Creation of web portals
• Implementing new integrations
• Design and execution of applicable system testing
• Database design and management, Report generation
• Very good knowledge in ASP.NET MVC Knowledge
• Adhering to business rules and methodologies
• Fixing any bugs or problems found in testing
