Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a C&I Engineer for a 6-month contract in Warrington with hybrid working arrangements. The role is Inside IR35 and requires SC clearance.

You will contribute to C&I design within a regulated industry and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver design deliverables while adhering to project procedures and deadlines. The ideal candidate holds a degree in C&I or equivalent, with strong understanding of safety, quality standards, and requirements

Qualifications

• Degree qualified C&I Engineer or equivalent experience.
• Experience working on C&I design within a regulated industry.
• Strong understanding of the engineering design lifecycle.
• Experience producing and reviewing C&I design deliverables.
• Good understanding of engineering, safety and quality standards.
• Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Able to identify and manage design and technical issues.
• Experience with requirements, verification and validation.
• Able to work to project procedures, standards and deadlines.
• Good communication skills and confident working with engineers and project teams.
• Nuclear or major infrastructure experience preferred.
• Sellafield / PPP experience advantageous.
• SC Clearance required.
