Job summary

GXO Logistics Ltd is recruiting for HGV C+E (Class 1) Drivers to support Breedon Cement deliveries from our Hope Valley depot. Training will be provided for powder tanker operations. This is a full-time, permanent role with Monday to Friday work and a guaranteed minimum of 48 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Class 1 tanker driving experience is essential.
• Valid UK driving licence with C+E entitlement.
• Holder of valid Driver Qualification Card (DQC) and Digital Tachograph Card.
• No more than 6 penalty points on licence.

Responsibilities

• Perform single drop deliveries (typically 2–3 per shift) from the Hope Valley depot.
• Load and discharge cement powder under pressure from tanker to silo.
• Maintain clear communication with the transport office and provide excellent service to customers.
• Operate company vehicles safely, legally, and complete all required documents on time.
