Job summary

Veolia Group is recruiting a driver to join our established transport team. You will deliver animal bedding to farms and poultry sites across the Midlands and up North, operating a variety of trailers and handling order paperwork.

The role requires a Cat C+E (Class 1) licence with LGV CE CPC and Digi Card; previous driving experience is essential. We offer ongoing CPC training, pension access, health resources and a commitment to an inclusive, supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Cat C+E (Class 1) licence and previous driving experience.
• Must have a current LGV CE CPC and Digi Card.
• Desirable experience driving HGV Class 1 in rural areas.

Responsibilities

• Deliver animal bedding (bales and loose wood shavings) to farms and poultry sites across the Midlands and up North.
• Operate/pull trailers, skips, modified trailers, curtain siders, walking floors, etc.
• Collect trailers and skips of wood by-products from mills and other sites.
• Complete administrative paperwork accurately to ensure compliance.
• Liaise directly with customers and with Production Manager/Yard staff to fulfil orders.
