Job summary

Resolve Recruitment Services is seeking experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for day and night shifts across the UK. If you have a minimum of 18 months’ experience and want consistent work with a reputable logistics provider, this could be the right opportunity for you.

You will join one of the UK’s leading 3PLs, offering competitive pay, a modern fleet, and ongoing opportunities. Applicants must hold UK C+E licence, Driver CPC, and Tachograph card, with flexibility for weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid UK C+E (Class 1) driving licence with minimal or no penalty points.
• Up-to-date Driver CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Minimum 18 months’ HGV driving experience.
• Experience in general haulage (preferred but not essential).
• Strong knowledge of UK road networks and driving regulations.
• Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills.
• Flexibility to work day or night shifts, including occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently transport goods across the UK, adhering to planned routes and schedules.
• Carry out thorough pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, driving hours, and mileage.
• Communicate effectively with the logistics team regarding any delays or issues.
• Ensure all loads are secure and compliant with legal and industry standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service, representing the company in a professional manner.
