Job summary

Client Server Limited is seeking a C# Developer / Full Stack Engineer to design and build features across a microservices ecosystem, spanning backend and frontend work with C#/.NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, AWS, Kubernetes and Kafka. Hybrid working from St Albans with WFH options up to two days per week.

You will join a collaborative engineering team delivering large-scale, real-time data platforms used to analyse and trade global sports markets, with modern cloud technologies and distributed

Qualifications

• Strong C#/.NET Core backend development skills.
• JavaScript experience with Angular or React.
• Experience with AWS and microservices.
• Solid understanding of CS fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms.
• Enjoy collaborating, learning, and sharing knowledge.

Responsibilities

You'll join a collaborative engineering team where your work will have a direct impact on business performance, while giving you exposure to large-scale distributed systems, real-time data and modern cloud technologies.

As a C# Developer you'll design and build new features across a complex microservices ecosystem, working on business critical platforms that process large volumes of transactions and data. You'll contribute across both backend and frontend development, using modern technologies including C#/.NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka and React or Angular.

WFH Policy: You'll join colleagues in St. Albans, Hertfordshire (parking available), 10 minute walk from local station, with the flexibility to work from home twice a week in a hybrid model.

About you:

• You have strong C# .Net Core backend development skills
• You have JavaScript experience, combined with Angular or React
• You have experience with AWS and microservices
• You have a thorough understanding of Computer Science fundamentals such as OOP, Design Patterns, Data Structures, Algorithms
• You enjoy collaborating, learning new things and sharing knowledge
• You are degree educated in Computer Science or closely related discipline
