DevLogic is seeking a Senior .Net Developer in Central Manchester with hybrid working. You will design and implement robust back-end systems using .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server, building RESTful APIs and managing CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• At least five years of back-end development experience with .NET Core (6+).
• Strong proficiency in C# and OO design patterns.
• Extensive SQL Server experience with complex queries and optimization.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs using modern practices.
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust back-end solutions using .NET Core 8+ and C#.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Designing and developing robust back-end solutions using .NET Core (version 8 and beyond) and C#.
• Building RESTful APIs to power various applications and services.
• Working with SQL Server to create complex queries and optimise performance, ensuring data integrity at all times.
• Implementing Power BI reports to deliver essential KPIs to management and shareholders.
• Using Entity Framework to streamline data access and integration with relational databases.
• Collaborating closely with front-end developers, designers, and key stakeholders to enhance infrastructure and ensure smooth operation.
• Developing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to ensure seamless deployment and continuous delivery.
• Maintaining Git repositories and ensuring best practices in version control.
• Troubleshooting performance, scalability, and security issues, resolving them swiftly.
• Staying updated on the latest trends in the .NET ecosystem and DevOps methodologies.

What You'll Need:

• At least five years of experience as a back-end developer, with deep expertise in .NET Core (including version 6+).
• Proficiency in C# and a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Strong experience with SQL Server, including writing complex queries and performance optimisation.
• Expertise with Entity Framework or similar ORM frameworks.
• A strong background in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.
• Proven ability to manage Git repositories and apply best practices.
• Experience working with CRM systems and integrating back-end services.
