Job summary

World Class Defence Organisation is recruiting 5x C# / C++ Software Engineers on a 12-month contract. Roles are hybrid/remote with on-site days in Stevenage or Bristol. Rate is £65.00 per hour, inside IR35 via Umbrella.

You'll join an agile, mixed-discipline team developing simulators and weapon system models using C#, C++, and integration simulations, with CI/CD practices and testing throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proficient in C#; C++ experience preferred.
• Experience with Visual Studio and Eclipse.
• Ability to translate high-level concepts to detailed design.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop simulations and representations of weapon systems.
• Design and develop simulation components in C#, C++ and integration simulations.
• Work in a heterogeneous agile team.
• Follow CI/CD practices and test-driven development.
