Job summary

Team Creation Limited is seeking an experienced C++ Developer to build high-performance backend systems for our Game platform. The role combines hands-on engineering with architectural input, focusing on concurrency and scalable services.

The ideal candidate has strong C++ backend expertise, experience with multi-threading, TCP protocols, and relational databases; prior work on game products or performance-critical apps is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS, SE, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional C++ backend development.
• Experience with multi-threading and high-concurrency systems.
• Experience with TCP-based high-load server applications.
• Familiarity with SQL databases and query optimization.
• Security best practices in web applications.
• Game product experience desirable.
• Oracle database experience a plus.
• Chinese language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to technology strategy, roadmaps, and reviews.
• Develop, test, deploy scalable, high-performance backend solutions.
• Design and implement efficient APIs with frontend teams.
• Write clean, maintainable code in a microservices architecture.
• Establish coding standards, reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Provide debugging and root-cause analysis support.
