Job summary

Team Creation Limited is seeking a Senior Java Developer to join our Core Platform Team, building and maintaining scalable backend infrastructure for our back-office system. You will architect backend services powering games, player management, reporting tools, and third-party integrations, in collaboration with Product Owners, Frontend, DevOps, and QA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Java software development, backend focus.
• Strong understanding of Spring Framework (Boot, Security, Data).
• Experience building high-concurrency systems and distributed microservices.
• Proficiency in API design and relational databases (PostgreSQL/Oracle).
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design backend systems to handle thousands of concurrent connections across services.
• Develop scalable microservices to support game logic, session management, and ops tools.
• Develop APIs and ensure low-latency data processing for game engines.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, DevOps and QA for feature delivery.
• Work with PostgreSQL and Oracle to ensure reliable data operations.
• Manage deployments on Kubernetes with AWS/GCP/Azure integrations.
• Monitor and debug services; write unit and integration tests.
• Produce API, architecture, and deployment documentation.
