University of Glasgow is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to work at Byres Community Hub on Western Campus. You will be the first point of contact for hub users, welcoming students, staff and visitors and supporting a busy programme of events and bookings.
The role covers front-of-house, operations, hospitality and digital admin, with flexible hours including occasional extended opening times and Saturdays. A Grade 4 salary of £25,804 to £27,319 per year is offered.

Salary will be Grade 4, £25,804 - £27,319 per annum.
This post is fixed term for up to 3 years.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm four days a week and 12 noon to8pmone day a week (one hour unpaid break daily) to allow us to trial evening bookings. To meet operational requirements, the successful candidate will also be expected to undertake occasional Saturday working, with appropriate notice provided and demonstrate flexibility in working hours to support service delivery when required.
This role is not eligible for sponsorship under the UK Skilled Worker visa route. Candidates must therefore have an existing right to work in the UK or be able to secure this independently prior to commencing employment.
