Job summary

Hartwell Motor Group in Watford is seeking an experienced New Car Sales Executive for our BYD dealership to promote BYD vehicles and related finance options. You will engage customers in person, by email and by phone, guiding them through the sales journey from demonstration to delivery.

You will build relationships, present features and benefits, and ensure orders are delivered smoothly while maintaining brand standards and outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willing to work retail hours.

Hartwell are a leading multi-franchise retail motor group in the UK and have been trading successfully for more than 100 years. Operating across 11 locations. We are seeking a New Car Sales Executive to join the team at our BYD car dealership in Watford.

Joining our team as a Sales Executive, we will show you how to:

• Demonstrate the features and benefits of BYD vehicles, finance and value added products.
• Manage relationships with customers face to face, via email and on the telephone.
• Administer and organise the delivery of products and services.
• Maintain Manufacturer and Dealership standards.
