We are seeking an experienced and strategic Buying Manager to lead our Womenswear divisions, focusing on Contemporary, Denim, Sports, Lingerie, and Swimwear.

About The Role

In this leadership role, you will support the Head of the Business Unit in shaping and executing buying strategies across multiple channels, including stores, online platforms, airports, and international ventures. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, directly impacting our brand portfolio and driving growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Developing and implementing buying strategies to align with customer demands and market trends.
2. Leading brand and product selection, fostering innovation through new concepts and exclusive offerings.
3. Managing brand relationships and negotiating agreements to optimize investments.
4. Collaborating with analysts and planners to monitor sales and adjust strategies accordingly.
5. Overseeing onboarding and renewal processes for concession brands.
6. Leading and mentoring the buying team to promote coaching, development, and innovation.
7. Partnering with marketing to develop campaigns aligned with business goals.
8. Analyzing sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
9. Building strong cross-functional relationships within the company.

About You

You will be a seasoned professional with proven experience in buying, preferably within a multi-brand luxury retail environment. You should have strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, and a passion for market trends, exclusive products, and innovative retail concepts.
