What you'll do

  • Draft contracts for the Scottish Buying team
  • Generate purchasing notifications for Suppliers
  • Secure price confirmations for Suppliers after negotiations
  • Collect and verify data from Suppliers for the Scottish Buying team
  • Set up and maintain master data in the Purchasing systems
  • Implement basic training for new, international, and non-specialist employees
  • Update and maintain training materials for team processes
  • Participate in process optimization
  • Prepare weekly reports

What you'll need

  • German speakers preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, able to work well in a team and independently under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
