As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate and driven Buyers Admin Assistant to support our Buyer and play a key role in shaping our collections. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to start a career in fashion buying and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Buyer and wider B&M team across Menswear and Womenswear.
  • Raise and update purchase orders accurately.
  • Support with data entry, ensuring product data is accurately maintained in internal systems.
  • Liaise with suppliers to track product and delivery updates.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments including Merchandising, Design, and Marketing.
  • Support trade reporting, including sales performance, bestsellers, and stock levels.
  • Assist with ad hoc reporting and analysis as required by the Buyer.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to support product development and trend forecasting.
  • Assist with range planning and the preparation of the showroom for internal meetings and sign-offs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A genuine passion for fashion and a strong interest in the buying process.
  • A good understanding of The Couture Club brand and our customer.
  • Highly organized with great time-management skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong numeracy skills and confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, reactive environment.
  • Proactive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • 1-2 years previous experience in a retail or fashion environment (internships, work experience, or part-time roles) is a bonus but not essential.
  • Knowledge of the buying calendar and product lifecycle is beneficial.

Salary: Up to £24,800 per year (depending on experience).

Contract: Full-time, Permanent.

Location: Manchester Head Office.
