Job summary

The Fragrance Shop is hiring a Buyer to join our growing team in the UK. You will work alongside the visual merchandiser to ensure smooth running of the department and drive product selection for promotions.

Experience as a Buyer is essential. You will manage supplier relationships, build ranges for events and forecast stock to maximise incremental sales. A vibrant, flexible, and supportive environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience embracing change in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Solid business sense and numerical/analytical ability.
• Experience managing FMCG product ranges.
• Able to work well in a team at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Keeps abreast of competitor offers and pricing and reacts where necessary.
• Primary contact for suppliers’ sales teams.
• Build product ranges to support promotional events.
• Seeks new products to drive incremental sales.
• Forecast stock for new and promotional lines.
• Provide ad-hoc reports.
• Oversee ordering of stock, testers and promotional items.
• Analyze performance of SKUs.
