Job summary

The Fragrance Shop is looking for an experienced Buyer to join our expanding team in Manchester. You will work closely with the visual merchandiser to ensure smooth running of the department and manage supplier relationships.

Experience as a Buyer is essential, with a focus on building ranges, pricing, and stock forecasting to support promotional events across multiple channels.

• Experience as a Buyer is essential.
• Excellent Excel skills required.
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Keeps abreast of competitor offers and pricing and reacts where necessary.
• Primary contact for suppliers’ sales teams.
• Build product ranges to support promotional events.
• Seeks new products to drive incremental sales.
• Set core and promotional retail pricing to maximise product margin.
• Forecast new and promotional line stock requirements.
• Provide stock and sales data for suppliers.
• Provide ad-hoc reports.
• Oversee ordering of all stock, testers and promotional items.
• Analyze performance of SKUs.
