Job Description
Who will you be working with?
We are seeking a Buyer to join our team in Doncaster. Our team supports customers through maintenance and operation optimisation with customised solutions for spare parts, repair, and overhaul activities on trains.
Role: Buyer
Location: Doncaster (On-site)
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00 to 16:30, and Friday 08:00 to 13:00
Contract type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Annual leave: 25 days plus bank holidays (including 8 bank holidays)
How will you make a difference?
Develop a product/commodity strategy for your assigned products/vendors. Guide buying activities to maximise sourcing and QCD benefits, ensuring alignment with strategies and procedures.
