BTL Mortgage Broker/Case Manager

Our client is a real estate investment company based in Mayfair. They provide strategic advice and deal execution to their clients but also manage their own large portfolio of properties across the UK. Due to a period of growth, they now seek a BTL Broker. This is an exciting opportunity for a BTL professional, someone familiar with UK specialist lenders.

Summary of duties:

• Mortgage broker for the office
• Submitting BTL cases upon senior management instruction through various lenders' portals
• Ensuring exposure levels with specific lenders are within limits
• Liaising with various lenders' underwriters and responding to questions/requirements
• Ensuring applications are progressing efficiently and completing within deadlines

Criteria:

• Must have specialist BTL broking experience, ideally at least 3 years
• Candidate must have broking experience and be comfortable with administrative tasks
• Strong relationship management skills, able to work at a fast pace
• Experience/understanding of specialist lenders
• Excellent telephone manner, able to liaise comfortably with clients and lenders
• Able to prioritize work and multi-task

• Salary: negotiable, attractive basic salary + excellent bonuses
