Job summary

TMX Group is seeking a driven Buy-Side Business Development Manager to lead account penetration across a high-potential buy-side segment from London. The role focuses on selling Verity Data, Verity RMS, and related TMX Datalinx solutions to asset managers, hedge funds, and institutional owners.

You will engage senior decision-makers, tailor product positioning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand wallet share in Europe, with a hybrid/office-based setup in London.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of successful sales or account management experience selling market data, analytics, or FinTech SaaS platforms to buy-side institutions.
• Proven ability to build and navigate relationships with decision-makers across hedge funds, asset managers, and institutional asset owners.
• Experience executing Account-Based Sales (ABS) strategies and achieving quota.

Responsibilities

• Execute an ABS framework to expand wallet share across targeted buy-side accounts.
• Build and manage a pipeline across TMX Datalinx product lines.
• Achieve sales quota for Verity Data, Verity RMS, and Index products.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with key decision-makers to assess client challenges and opportunities.
• Position Verity Data and RMS alongside the Index suite within clients' processes.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists, Product Managers, and Contract Analysts on account strategies.
