Job summary

Gi Group is recruiting a Butcher for our client in Leighton Buzzard, specialising in wholesale hand-cut beef. This full-time role follows a Monday to Friday pattern from 07:30 to 16:30, and will be based on site in Leighton Buzzard.

You will process mince meat, manage stock, operate packaging machines, and prepare goods for dispatch, with emphasis on food safety and strong time management. This is an early-morning, hands-on position in a cold environment.

Qualifications

• Time management is essential.
• Trained butcher with experience is required.
• Able to work in a colder environment.
• Flexible with working hours if needed.
• Strong knowledge in food safety.
