Job summary

Dunbia Group is seeking skilled Butchers, Deboners and Trimmers for Treburley near Launceston in Cornwall. You will debone and trim beef to customer specs, maximizing meat yield and maintaining quality.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 5.45am to 2.15pm, with a base rate of £12.71 per hour and potential to earn £15.50 per hour with throughput bonuses. Experience in boning or trimming meat and in the food industry is preferred; strong knife skills and teamwork are essential.

Job description

We are looking for skilled Butchers, Deboners and Trimmers to join our team at Treburley near Launceston in Cornwall. The successful candidates will be required to undertake de-boning and trimming of beef carcasses to customer specification whilst ensuring maximum meat yield is achieved.

The shift pattern for this role is Monday to Friday 5.45am to 2.15pm. As a trimmer you will receive a base rate of £12.71 p/h. However, good attendance and performance will be rewarded by becoming eligible for a throughput bonus that can take the hourly rate to £15.50 p/h.
