Job summary

Dunbia Group in Treburley near Launceston, Cornwall, is seeking skilled butchers, deboners and trimmers to join our team. You will undertake deboning and trimming of beef carcasses to customer specs while maximizing meat yield.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 5.45am to 2.15pm, with a base rate of £12.71 per hour and a throughput bonus to £15.32 per hour for good attendance and performance. Applicants should have prior boning or trimming meat experience and food industry know-how, with good knife

Job description

We are looking for skilled Butchers, Deboners and Trimmers to join our team at Treburley near Launceston in Cornwall. The successful candidates will be required to undertake de-boning and trimming of beef carcasses to customer specification whilst ensuring maximum meat yield is achieved.

The shift pattern for this role is Monday to Friday 5.45am to 2.15pm. As a trimmer you will receive a base rate of £12.71 p/h. However, good attendance and performance will be rewarded by becoming eligible for a throughput bonus that can take the hourly rate to £15.32 p/h.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of boning or trimming meat Previous experience of working in the food industry
