Job summary

RWE Group offers a Graduate Programme starting in Swindon, UK, with four six-month rotations across strategic and business functions. You will gain broad exposure to project management, strategy, communications, and transformation in a global energy company.

You will work with digital tools and AI-enabled solutions, developing commercial insight while being supported by a structured learning path, buddy system, and mentoring to accelerate your career growth.

Qualifications

• A strong degree (BSc, MSc or PhD) in Business Administration/Management, Economics, Finance or similar discipline.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
• IT proficiency and digital skills (automation, AI tools).
• Collaborative, curious mindset with a drive to find new solutions.
• Commercial aptitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Analytical skills and ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Four six-month rotations across: Project Management, Strategy, Communications & Events, Business Transformation, Sustainability, Risk Management, New Business Implementation, Compliance, Back Office Functions.
• Use digital technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to enhance productivity and decision-making while adhering to policy.
