We are seeking a skilled Business Technology Support Engineer to manage the day-to-day information technology tools and facilities for our global staff.

What You Will Focus On

1. Develop and interpret organizational goals, policies, and procedures related to Corporate IT, info security, and SOC II compliance.
2. Review new vendors and work on process improvements.
3. Purchase and coordinate delivery of IT equipment & maintain asset inventory.
4. Maintain SaaS applications and licensing.
5. Collaborate and communicate with technical leaders to ensure systems operate within security controls.
6. Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity.
7. Train users on IT systems and provide technical support when issues arise.
8. Assist with employee provisioning and deprovisioning.

Skills We Are Interested In

1. Operating system knowledge (Mac and Windows).
2. Proficiency in scripting languages.
3. Strong organizational and coordination abilities with close attention to detail.
4. Experience with GSuite, cloud automation, MDM, and other SaaS tools.
5. Proficiency with installation/configuration of software and hardware (including network equipment and printers).
6. Excellent communication skills for engaging with the business technology team, employees, and other departments.
