The Role

As a Business Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons across KS4 and KS5.
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of students of varying abilities.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support achievement.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning.
• Encourage students to develop commercial awareness and critical thinking skills.
• Contribute to departmental planning and curriculum development.
• Support students in achieving strong examination outcomes.

The Ideal Candidate

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Have experience teaching Business Studies at secondary level.
• Possess excellent subject knowledge and a passion for business education.

• Have a commitment to raising attainment and supporting student success.
