Join a collaborative team as an Acturis Senior Business Systems Support Analyst

Location: Buckinghamshire, with 1 day per week in modern offices with restaurant and parking

Responsibilities include:

1. Act as a key contact for 2nd line support across Acturis and related systems
2. Provide insights and updates to senior management
3. Support projects using Acturis as the core system
4. Assess and manage system upgrades, creating guides and training materials
5. Collaborate with Super Users and provide training
6. Maintain accurate system configuration records
7. Identify opportunities for process streamlining and automation
8. Gather user feedback and suggest improvements
9. Promote best practices and share helpful tips
10. Lead and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
11. Respond to support requests promptly and keep users informed
12. Maintain helpdesk logs, follow up, and escalate issues as needed
13. Identify patterns in support queries for training or development needs
14. Support document template team as required
15. Mentor and develop colleagues in the systems team

Qualifications and Skills:
