Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service is seeking a Business Systems Project Manager to drive digital transformation and improve efficiency across the organisation. You will lead a portfolio of projects for core systems, overseeing concept, business case development, implementation, training and ongoing enhancement.
The role sits within the Corporate Systems team, working with senior leaders and external suppliers to deliver value, with periodic travel and a focus on timely, budget-conscious
Salary: Grade H Salary A GBP 47,181 to A GBP 52,413 per annum
Location: Ripley HQ
Hours : 37 hours per week, however you may occasionally need to work beyond normal office hours.

Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service is seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of critical business systems projects across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to drive digital transformation, improve organisational efficiency and help ensure our people have the systems and information they need to deliver vital services to our communities.
Working within the Corporate Systems team, you will manage the full lifecycle of business systems projects, from initial concept and business case development through to implementation, training, support and continuous improvement.
As Business Systems Project Manager, you will lead a portfolio of projects involving the introduction, upgrade, replacement and integration of business:critical systems. You will work closely with senior leaders, operational and support departments, technical specialists and third:party suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to organisational objectives.
There may be a requirement for some travel for which a pool car will be provided.
