Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to define system scopes and objectives and collaborate with internal partners to develop, install, and enhance enterprise systems. You will interact with clients and IT teams to understand needs and translate them into actionable specifications.

The role emphasizes requirements gathering, end-user training materials, and delivering clear communications while working within CBRE’s standard procedures to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; in lieu of degree, experience and education considered.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to stakeholder inquiries regarding system processes and capabilities.
• Research and support end-user applications and test end-user processes using defined guidelines.
• Develop relationships with clients and internal and external IT teams.
• Gather information on areas of improvement and recommend changes to increase user satisfaction.
• Log work tickets with external product vendors or support organizations and explain system usage improvements.
• Translate business needs into system specifications and document requirements.
• Deliver correspondence, presentations, and other materials for end-user training.
• Assist with creating customized queries and reports utilizing table matrices.
