My client is seeking a proactive and technically skilled Business Systems Analyst with expertise in Dynamics 365 to join their expanding IT team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a systems professional with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (365BC) to support, optimize, and develop critical business platforms that enhance operational success in a multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support for finance and business systems, especially 365BC
• Analyze and improve existing systems to meet changing business needs
• Manage configurations, upgrades, and system integrations
• Maintain data governance, GDPR/DORA compliance, and system security
• Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions
• Support end-user training and produce clear documentation
• Assist in regulatory reporting and generate system-driven business insights

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Finance
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
