The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative tech team supporting internal and strategic projects, transforming raw data into insights, creating dashboards, and improving digital workflows to enable smarter decisions and foster a culture of informed action.

Key Responsibilities of the ERP Systems Analyst

• Build and maintain dynamic reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
• Analyse operational data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance data handling and reporting consistency.
• Provide training and documentation for colleagues on digital tools.
• Contribute to developing internal data governance and audit frameworks.

Experience Required

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle large or complex datasets.
• Experience with ERP Systems.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SQL for data manipulation and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks across multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly detail-oriented with a methodical approach to work.
