In this role, you’ll transform raw data into usable intelligence, create reporting dashboards, and work with colleagues to improve digital workflows. Key Responsibilities of the ERP Systems Analyst

• Build and maintain dynamic reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
• Analyse operational data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for service improvement.
• Collaborate with teams to improve data handling practices and reporting consistency.
• Provide training and documentation to help colleagues better engage with digital tools.
• Contribute to the development of internal data governance and audit frameworks.

Experience of the ERP Systems Analyst

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle large or complex datasets.
• Background in ERP Systems
• Confident in the use of Power BI, Excel, and SQL for data manipulation and reporting.
• Comfortable working independently and prioritising tasks across multiple projects.
• Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly detail-oriented, with a clear and methodical approach to work.
