Job summary

DCK Group in Billericay, Essex is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join the Business Systems team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will analyse business needs, translate requirements into practical system and process solutions, and support onboarding of new customers and opportunities.

The role focuses on improvements to existing systems, discovery sessions, requirements definition, testing coordination and collaboration with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
• Experience analysing and supporting technology or business systems change.
• Strong requirements gathering and workshop facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders across DCK to understand challenges, opportunities and requirements.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops and process-mapping activities.
• Gather, analyse and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for teams and partners.
• Own the business analysis activities for system changes from discovery to handover.
• Analyse current and future processes, identify gaps and opportunities to simplify.
• Evaluate system and process solutions, document options and impacts.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to clarify requirements and support design.
• Assess impact on people, data and integrations.
• Coordinate testing and UAT, ensure delivery meets requirements.
• Support go-live and transition to BAU support.
• Explore AI use cases and opportunities for adoption.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
