We are delighted to be working with this Cambridge based company. They are recruiting for a Business Systems Analyst to join their team on a full time, permanent basis with options of hybrid working.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Analyse business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement
• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the business on projects
• Identify business requirements and develop solutions to improve processes
• Analyse data and identify trends that can be used to drive improvements
• Support IT team with implementation of new software and systems
• Provide training to users across the company on internal applications
• Resolve issues and troubleshoot systems when issues arise

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in a similar role as a Business Systems Analyst or similar
• Strong familiarity and understanding of CRM and business systems
• Ability to learn on new systems quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with data analysis and data visualisation tools
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling you to impart technical knowledge to a range of stakeholders
• Have excellent planning, organisational and troubleshooting skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
