Job summary

SThree in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our growing team in a hybrid role. You will bridge business strategy and technology, translating complex challenges into clear requirements and delivering impactful digital features.

You will work with stakeholders across the organisation, act as Product Owner for key initiatives, and drive end-to-end delivery while shaping product roadmaps and ensuring user-centred solutions that add real value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Product Ownership.
• Experience delivering in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to gather, analyse and translate requirements into outputs.
• Experience backlog management and influencing product roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication at all levels.
• Familiarity with data analysis; SQL/BI tools a plus.
• Experience with UX/UI collaboration and cross-functional squads.
• CBAP/CSPO certifications or equivalent Agile credentials.

What you'll be doing

What you'll bring

• 3+ years' experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or in a similar role.
• Proven delivery within Agile / Scrum environments.
• Demonstrated ability to gather, analyse, and translate requirements into actionable outputs.
• Experience managing product backlogs and developing or influencing product roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Familiarity with data analysis techniques; experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus.
• Experience working closely with UX/UI teams, developers, and cross-functional squads.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certifications
