Job Description:

TRIA is partnered with a luxury retailer known for timeless style and excellent craftsmanship. Due to rapid growth, we are seeking a proactive and communicative Business Systems Manager to evolve with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain core business systems, including NetSuite (ERP), Shopify (e-commerce), and Sittoo (POS).
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate with third-party vendors for issue escalation.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in Retail, B2C, or Consumer Goods industries.
• Strong support experience with business systems and applications.
• Experience with NetSuite as an ERP system.

This is a newly created role with full ownership of systems and responsibility for issue resolution. You will ensure seamless integration and act as a bridge between the business and support teams. This role offers growth opportunities within a expanding business.
