Job Description

The Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Manager to lead the strategic management, optimization, and continuous improvement of their global Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee HR technology solutions, ensuring seamless system integrations, data integrity, and compliance.
• Enhance HR operational efficiency through system improvements.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to lead system implementations, upgrades, and user training.
• Ensure the HRIS platform (such as SAP SuccessFactors) is effectively managed and optimized.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical expertise in platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and project management skills.
• Proven experience as an HRIT Manager or similar role with a strong understanding of HR processes and IT systems.
• Experience with HRIS implementation and management.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications in HR technology or project management (advantageous).
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
