Business System and Process Manager (m/f/d)
GSK are currently looking for a Business Process Manager to join our team at GSK House or Poznan Hub. The Business Process Manager is responsible for leading the development, improvement and maintenance of the core business processes used by External Manufacturing, whilst ensuring alignment to 2030 Digital Strategy. The role is responsible for ensuring the processes are optimized, creating collaboration and synergy across External Manufacturing.
The Business Process Manager is accountable for ensuring the External Manufacturing processes across the X-Matrix operational teams are clearly defined and in-line with GSK policy. The role will focus on the discovery of digital solutions built on these robust processes to create more value for GSK and the patient through improved analytics.
