We work across the local authority’s children services; health, education, YJS and the voluntary and community sector to redesign services, align reform initiatives and turn national ambition into lived experience for families. Our team culture is bold, collaborative and impact focused. We value curiosity, shared leadership and the confidence to challenge and innovate. This is a unique opportunity to work across sectors on connected reform programmes, shape whole system change, and develop advanced skills in transformation, change leadership and partnership working at scale.
