Overview

Job Summary: Business Support Specialists provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure efficient daily operations, customer service excellence, and smooth execution of business processes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
  • Handle front-line communications: emails, calls, inquiries, and ticketing.
  • Support onboarding, training logistics, and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and knowledge bases; ensure data accuracy.
  • Process routine transactions (invoicing, payments, purchase orders) and assist with budgeting accuracy.
  • Coordinate facilities, equipment, and IT access as needed.
  • Produce routine reports, metrics, and performance dashboards.
  • Assist with project support tasks, including creating presentations and meeting materials.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and standard operating procedures.
