Salary: Starting salary is £25,992 (Level one) rising to £26,835 (Level three) per annum (pro rata for part-time)
Locations: Bulwell Riverside Shared Centre, Meadows, Hyson Green, and Bestwood Children Centres.
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Support Officer to support the citywide Family Hubs and Bulwell Riverside Youth Service with reception and administrative support.
The Family Hubs act as central access points for integrated family support services, offering early help, parenting support, health and wellbeing services, and targeted interventions for families with additional needs.
The Youth Service provides safe, supportive spaces for young people to engage in positive activities, build friendships, and develop skills through various programs.
This role involves making a positive difference in children and young people's lives daily.

Your daily tasks will be varied and rewarding. You will be the first point of contact, welcoming families and professionals, handling calls, and managing inquiries professionally. You will support meetings, book rooms and interpreters, draft letters, and maintain records. You will assist with referrals, manage purchases and invoices, and ensure smooth operations behind the scenes.
