About The Team

The Business Support team is here to ensure the smooth running of the office, providing seamless, effective, and proactive administrative support. They continually seek ways to make full use of technology to improve processes and efficiency, promoting agile ways of working and reducing reliance on paper.

About The Role

  1. Provide effective diary management support to Partners, including scheduling meetings, liaising with stakeholders, understanding technical requirements for virtual meetings, and proactively reviewing diaries.
  2. Assess the effectiveness of processes and procedures, reporting back to the London Office Support Manager.
  3. Seek ways to improve processes through technology and promote agile working.
  4. Develop effective working relationships with Partners and Managers to understand their needs and offer advice and solutions.
  5. Support management of the room booking tool for London, ensuring optimal space utilization.
  6. Deliver exceptional front-of-house service in the office.
  7. Support day-to-day facilities operations to maintain a welcoming, safe, and secure environment.
  8. Assist with onboarding new joiners, including conducting health and safety checks and office tours.
  9. Provide basic IT troubleshooting and escalate issues as needed.
  10. Support switchboard operations and organize local office events.
  11. Manage post and courier services in the office.

What We Are Looking For

  • Excellent client service skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Recent administration training or experience
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, managing conflicting priorities and expectations
