Job description

Job Details: Business Support Coordinator

Waythrough, launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship, aims to break down barriers to support for individuals. Our focus includes mental health, drug and alcohol support, housing, and related services.

We operate nearly 200 services across England with approximately 3,500 staff and volunteers supporting around 125,000 people annually.

As we integrate our systems and processes post-merger, some branding may still reflect 'Humankind'.

Business Support Coordinator - Part-time

Location: Based at Tower Court with attendance expected at three delivery hubs in Leeds.

Working hours: 22.5 hours per week, flexible working pattern, requiring some flexibility.

About the role

Main responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Clinical Director, deputy, and hub leads.
  • Supporting clinical meeting chairs with invites, papers, and actions.
  • Attending meetings and producing minutes within set timescales.
  • Liaising with HR and management to oversee mandatory training and quarterly reporting.
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes for staff.
About you
  • Excellent organisational and IT skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration.
  • Experience or understanding of drug and alcohol services is beneficial.
