A leading organization in the community support sector is seeking a part-time Business Support Coordinator based in Leeds. The role involves providing administrative support, coordinating meetings, and assisting with staff recruitment. Waythrough, launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship, aims to break down barriers preventing people from accessing support to live valued lives. We address poverty and disadvantage through mental health, drug and alcohol, housing, and related services.
We operate nearly 200 services across England, supported by approximately 3,500 staff and volunteers, helping around 125,000 people annually.
As we integrate our systems and processes post-merger, some roles still carry the 'Humankind' branding. Full system integration is expected next year.
Location: Based at Tower Court, with attendance required at three delivery hubs in Leeds.
Working hours: 22.5 hours per week, flexible working pattern available with some flexibility required.
