Job Details: Business Support Coordinator

Waythrough, launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship, aims to break down barriers preventing people from accessing support to live valued lives. We address poverty and disadvantage through mental health, drug and alcohol, housing, and related services.

We operate nearly 200 services across England, supported by approximately 3,500 staff and volunteers, helping around 125,000 people annually.

As we integrate our systems and processes post-merger, some roles still carry the 'Humankind' branding. Full system integration is expected next year.

Business Support Coordinator - Part-time

Location: Based at Tower Court, with attendance required at three delivery hubs in Leeds.

Working hours: 22.5 hours per week, flexible working pattern available with some flexibility required.

About the role...

Main responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Clinical Director, deputies, and hub leads.
  • Supporting Chairs of clinical meetings, ensuring timely distribution of invites, papers, and actions.
  • Attending meetings and producing minutes within set timescales.
  • Liaising with HR and Management Teams regarding mandatory training and quarterly reporting.
  • Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes for staff.
About you...
  • Excellent organizational and IT skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Experience or understanding of Drug and Alcohol services is advantageous.
