Our GroceryService Centre, based near Liverpool, is a hub for transactional activity across multiple ABF companies within the ABF Grocery division. Supporting some of our well-known brands such as Kingsmill, Pataks, Blue Dragon, Jordans, Ryvita and Silver Spoon, amongst others. We deliver Shared Service activities across a wide range of disciplines including Customer Services, Consumer Care, Finance, Payroll, HR and IS.

Overview of role

Location: Liverpool

Working within the Master Data & Business Support team, the role is responsible for performing transactional and administration tasks, mainly to support the commercial teams across various ABF businesses. Duties also include creation and maintenance of master data in line with our agreed service agreements and policies.

This role is Fixed Term for 18 months and hybrid working in the office 2 days a week.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Rebate management including sales invoice deductions and accruals.
  2. Customer sales reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.
  3. General administration tasks to support the commercial teams.
  4. Maintenance of customer pricing and promotions.
  5. To create and maintain master data including customer, supplier and products.
  6. Data cleansing to be carried out in line with agreed policies.

The Right Person

  1. Accurate in approach with excellent attention to detail.
  2. Organised and able to prioritise own workload.
  3. Experience of working within a transactional or master data role.
  4. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
