About The Team

The Business Support team is here to ensure the smooth running of the office by providing seamless, effective, and proactive administrative support. We continually seek ways to utilize technology to improve processes and efficiency, and promote agile working methods to reduce reliance on paper.

About The Role

  1. Prepare, format, and amend documents in compliance with the firm's house style, including letters, reports, presentations, and accounts, utilizing standard templates and Adobe Sign.
  2. Deliver high-quality Audio Visual and Meeting support, maintaining the Mazars meeting room equipment to high standards and ensuring availability for internal staff and external clients.
  3. Support day-to-day facilities operations, maintaining a welcoming, clean, secure, and safe environment for team members and visitors.
  4. Continuously seek process improvements and ways to work in a paperless environment.
  5. Serve as a point of contact for onsite IT issues and requests, liaising with remote IT teams.
  6. This role is predominantly office-based.

What are we looking for?

  1. Excellent client service skills.
  2. Advanced MS Office skills, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  3. Recent evidence of administration training or experience.
  4. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to collaborate.
  5. Flexibility to work effectively under pressure, managing conflicting priorities and expectations.
