Job Description:

Job Summary

The Administrator will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and performing various administrative tasks to support the team.

Role location flexibility can be offered; periodic travel to our London offices may be required.

About the role

  • Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and mail. Draft and proofread documents and correspondence as needed.
  • Diary Management: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events. Ensure calendar entries are up-to-date and conflicts are resolved promptly.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring information is current and accessible.
  • Meeting Coordination: Assist with logistics, including booking rooms, preparing agendas, and distributing materials.

Support to Team: Provide administrative support, including travel arrangements, expense reporting, and ad-hoc tasks.

What are we looking for?

  • Strong experience in diary management and scheduling across multiple time zones.
  • Proactive, able to work under pressure, and manage conflicting priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Recent administration training or experience.
