Who are we looking for?
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Business Support Administrator to be based at our Birmingham Office.
You will be working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday from 08:00 - 17:00.

What you will need:
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the security industry/similar industry
- Confidence and ability to establish and maintain good and effective working relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work to deadlines, multitasking and working under pressure.
- Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel)
- Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards
What are you going to do:
- To ensure all new starters vetting to BS7858 is completed by an outsource screening company within required by the standard 12 weeks period of time and any failures are communicated to the employee’s line manager
- To ensure appropriate letters are sent to employees who may or had failed the vetting to BS7858 standards
- To ensure appropriate pre-employment checks are conducted as required by law and internal procedures, e.g. LRTW, SIA licence, credit checks
- To ensure the Company’s onboarding process is followed at all times, including issuing offer and welcome letters, maintaining employees' personal files
- To undertake, coordinate and lead a project in relation to the SIA licence Top-up upskilling training for security related roles within the London, and South-East regions; liaise with the training provider, line managers, employees, keep an accurate record
- To ensure all employees comply in relation to the SIA licence expiry date and LRTW
- To assist employees in the SIA licence renewal process
- To maintain data and personnel records in a confidential and professional manner, protecting the rights of the individual
- To maintain employees' data on the Company’s systems, e.g. Resource Link, CMS.
- To respond to any external employment reference requests in a timely manner
- To produce various weekly/monthly reports
- To perform ad hoc administrative duties as directed.
