Responsibilities:As a Business Support Administrative Assistant, you'll work closely with the Office Manager and Business Support Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our Newcastle office whilst also providing essential support to our consultants and management team across the wider Project and Programme Services team. Your role will involve (but is not limited to) management of office supplies, organising meetings, new starter inductions, business systems support, arranging catering, timesheet support, local event management support, Microsoft Office support and general/ad-hoc business support.
Essential Requirements:
- Educated to GCSE level including English and Maths.
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
