£24,000 to £25,000 per annum

The Division – Customer Service Cleaning

The Customer Service Cleaning Division at NSS plays a pivotal role in our operations, ensuring our services run efficiently and exceed customer expectations. This dedicated team manages the scheduling and monitoring of jobs for our window cleaners, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards. Additionally, the division maintains the NSS operational system, ensuring customer details are accurate and up to date.

Job Overview

As part of our Cleaning Division Help Desk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure all customers and contracts have valid purchase order numbers in place. You will also maintain and update our NSS operational system, ensuring customer details are accurate.

You will manage the Additions & Reductions mailbox daily and administer the purchase order process by liaising with relevant departments. You’ll take full ownership of the purchase order lifecycle, including chasing expired purchase orders directly with customers and resolving issues promptly. Regular updates will be provided to senior management to ensure transparency and effective resolution of discrepancies.

Your responsibilities include:
  1. Ensure all Cleaning customers/contracts have a valid Purchase Order in place.
  2. Maintain accurate customer information in the operational system.
  3. Enforce the PO process and liaise with relevant departments.
  4. Manage the entire purchase order lifecycle.
  5. Handle the Additions and Reductions mailbox.
  6. Follow up on expiring purchase orders with customers.
  7. Escalate purchase order issues to senior management.
  8. Provide stakeholders with regular updates on purchase order status.
